Weeki Wachee Catering is derived from a hometown bakery located in Spring Hill, Fl. With our classically trained pastry chef and multiple experienced bakers, we are able to create custom cakes and specialty desserts for our local clientele 7 days a week.
We also do house-made milk, dark and white chocolate from scratch with our very own secret chocolate recipe. We can do custom chocolate pieces including molded chocolates, chocolate covered pretzels, custom chocolate bark and even individually wrapped chocolate wedding favors.
We offer some of our desserts for wholesale clients, with our list located on the menu tab. No matter the occasion, we offer solutions to every course, making your catering needs as stress-free as can be!
