About Weeki Wachee Catering

Weeki Wachee Candy was founded in 2018 by Jennifer Trozzo. (For more information on Jennifer and her experiences view our team roster and click on her profile!) With high hopes of it taking off to become a more pristine, finer dining establishment as the years went on, staring off as a local bakery and restaurant to the Spring Hill natives. With cases on display full of chocolates, with our own chocolate recipe, all house made and molded. As well as fresh pastries, to cookies, to more intellectual desserts, you could find it. The restaurant side, although only seating roughly 60 patrons, was a booming success serving brunch, lunch, and dinner. As Covid-19 began to hit the world and half of all small restaurant businesses we were forced to shut down, we shut our doors. This jumpstarted the introduction of wholesale to our resume.

Our wholesale component allows us to provide local coffee shops and small businesses with fresh bakery items that they can’t source themselves. We offer multiple house-made selections to companies around the Tampa Bay Area and are continuously growing. With that, we decided another necessity to endure in is the catering world.

Catering around the area has a major flaw and thats availability, affordability, and convenience. Weeki Wachee Catering was founded in the respects that catering is sought out for convenience and should’t change in that aspect at any point along the way. With that we sought out experienced chef’s, pastry chef’s and trained mixologists to offer the ultimate experience.
