Chef Gabriella Montanez; Massachusetts native who attended Johnson and Wales University as a early enrollment student, graduating in 2021 with a Bachelors of Science in Culinary Arts and Chef training. With training in catering weddings, private events, and large parties of up to 300 persons, apprenticeship under former two time Michelin star Chef Barry O’Connor, and 7 years of restaurant experience. Her passion for food started young and has only grown stronger with each new step in her career. Striving to put her passion for good sustainable food into action.
